I just wanted to chime in that now has come an incredible opportunity for our buyers out there to make a good decision. With mortgage rates at incredible lows and the amount of choice out there I haven't seen a better time in years to make such a wise decision as to actually get off the fence now and buy a place to live.
With rental rates going up as much as 10% a year for the last two years running and marketwide price drops on condos, single family homes, ect. I see the smart money getting in to the marketplace soon and reaping the rewards.
