Dan Pape With 6 Years experience as a principal at Hudson Parker Realty Group (Lincoln Park), as a resident of Lincoln Park for the past 13 years, and as a father of three (all under 7), Dan knows a few things about family life while living in the city. Dan currently lives within the Abraham Lincoln Elementary School boundaries where his oldest son currently attends 1st grade.
Prior to founding Hudson Parker Realty and Finance Group, Dan held the position of Merger and Acquisitions Manager for a Chicago Venture Capitalist Firm. Prior to achieving his MBA at DePaul University in 2004, Dan held positions in consulting and public accounting.
Dan’s accomplishments are many and he has been a top-producer in residential sales every year since he founded his company in 2004, with 2009 being his most productive year despite the many challenges the real estate industry has faced. Dan has been the top producing agent at Hudson Parker since its inception and he continues to grow his business through hard work and dedication to his clients’ needs.
The way Dan approaches his real estate business reflects strongly on the training he received as a consultant and the knowledge he gained achieving his MBA at DePaul University.
